Ecosystem-based Management Toolkit — Guides managers and practitioners in the use of common tools for regional planning and illustrates through case studies approaches to advance ecosystem-based management by jointly addressing multiple objectives in conservation, fisheries and coastal hazards.

Ecosystem-based Management Tools Network — Promotes awareness, development, and effective use of tools for ecosystem-based management in coastal and marine environments.

Invasive Species Managers Toolkit — Provides a number of resources related to aquatic and non-aquatic invasive species, such as control techniques, early detection and response, education and outreach, grants and funding, monitoring, and restoration.

Mississippi-Alabama Habitats Tool — An online mapping tool that identifies priority areas for protection within coastal and estuarine environments and provides parcel information associated with those priorities for Mobile Bay, Alabama.

No Adverse Impact Toolkit — Describes a variety of activities that improve floodplain management including hazard identification and floodplain mapping, education and outreach, planning, regulations and development standards, mitigation, infrastructure, and emergency services.

Protected Area Tools — Contains information, tools and resources to help practitioners and policy makers implement the Convention on Biological Diversity's Program of Work on Protected Areas.

Reef Resilience Toolkit — Provides information related to coral bleaching and spawning aggregations to enable resilience to be built into coral reef management strategies.

Shorebird Conservation Toolkit — The Shorebird Conservation Toolkit has been developed to help protect and enhance shorebird habitat across Australia by increasing awareness and understanding of shorebirds and their conservation needs, improving the sharing of information between shorebird research and conservation groups and the broader community, and informing development, implementation and monitoring of shorebird conservation projects.

Sustainable Financing Tools — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provides several tools for project managers and funders that help determine how to plan and manage financial assets for conservation projects.
